The first step in achieving your vision. We assist with a consult on layout, materials, colours and an action plan for your renovation. Together we can clarify direction to avoid costly mistakes. We will provide a summary from the meeting within 48hrs

2D & 3D Drawings

These are useful for those who are planning single room or large scale renovations and would like drawings for trades to quote or a visual model to see how their space will come to life.

Pre-Start Package

Whether you've nominated a builder or in the process of, we can assist with getting your selections on point for your build or renovation. After 80+ custom homes, we know the ins and outs of builders allowances. We work with you on selection based on budgets and maintain transparency on variations. Selections are completed in a schedule for your builder to work from + we liaise with your builder on your behalf for any questing along the way. Assistance includes cabinetry, tiles, plumbing, lighting, flooring, paint, fixtures and fittings and external materials

Custom Package

We begin the process with an in House Consult to start your project. This is designed for clients requiring guidance and visualisation on selections and layouts . We work together with you on your selections for areas such as cabinetry, tiles, plumbing, lighting, flooring, paint, window treatments, fixtures and fittings and external materials. This is all wrapped up on a Selections Schedule for your builder or trades to work from. We also work with you on additional mark ups to the plans to make sure your spaces are exactly how you intend it to be. Packages also include 2D & 3D drawings based on your requirements.

Retainer

We've signed off on our selections and the build process is under way. There will more than likely be questions, advice, updates and potential discontinuations to re-select. Purchasing retainer will give you the flexibility to contact your designer via phone or email. Any remaining hours not used will be credited!
